About me
In 1983 I was diagnosed with a cyst in my left thyroid gland, which turned out to be a Tumour encased by the cyst. From that moment, I was determined to learn about my body, the cause of disease and how nutrition and natural therapies can prevent illness and disease.  I am passionate about achieving lasting health and well-being naturally through anti-ageing nutrients, healing therapies and a positive mindset.

My interest in the origin of spiritual awareness among the indigenous peoples has brought me to study with many teachers in different parts of the world. In 2000 I expanded my interests into the oldest and most powerful forms of healing and went on to study Sekhem Egyptian Energy in Egypt and Ka Huna/Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage in Australia in 2003.  The peoples of Polynesia attribute extraordinary events, unusual powers, and good luck (as well as misfortune) to the invisible force they call mana. This is analogous to the manitou of the Algonkians, the baraka of the Muslims, the chi of the Chinese, the prana of the Hindus, the num of the Kalahari bushmen, and the 'Force' of Obi Wan Kenobi. All indigenous peoples know that this power is highly dispersed throughout the universe, that it can be densely concentrated in certain places and objects, and that it infuses all living beings with life force.

I enjoy speaking about nutrition and have a zest for life and a desire to help others be all they can be.  I have given workshops on Nutrition and Sekhem locally.
